1. Who we are

This website is operated by Encore Paris Guide, Paris, France ("we", "us"), the controller of personal data processed through this website. Contact: encoreparis.guide@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, chosen topic and message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of access in server logs, for security and operation of the site.
• Cookies: essential storage to remember your cookie choice; analytics or marketing cookies only with your consent. See our cookie policy.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 15 and we never sell your personal data.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• Answering your message: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
• Security and operation of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Audience measurement: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, unless the law requires longer. Server logs are usually deleted within 30 days.

5. Recipients

We use trusted providers (web hosting, email) that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Where data leaves the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time and to give instructions about your data after death.
